Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping people feel understood and supported as they work through life’s challenges. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach, using techniques from acceptance based therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused work to guide clients toward positive change. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults, especially those navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, or transitions in life. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and equipped to thrive both within yourself and in your relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and person-centered counseling. I believe in helping clients build self-awareness, emotional balance, and practical coping skills that align with their values and goals.

I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or identity exploration. In sessions, I often incorporate mindfulness practices, values exploration, and acceptance-based strategies to help clients manage difficult emotions and move toward meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow both within yourself and in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable and judgment free space where you can share what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing your goals, background, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges, and we’ll work together to develop a plan that fits your needs and pace.

You can expect a calm, supportive environment there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. By the end of the first session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we’ll move forward and what our work together will look like.
