Great to meet you!

Everyone has a story to tell! As a relational psychotherapist, I look to help individuals navigate through life’s nuanced complexities and challenges. We know all too well that unresolved trauma and loss can leave a person wounded, alone, grief-stricken, fueled with shame, and immobilization. I believe in providing a nurturing, non-judgmental, and safe space that fosters healing and promotes resiliency.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I practice from an eclectic therapeutic approach understanding that it’s important to individualized treatment. Therefore, I seek to draw upon a variety of theoretical approaches that best suit the needs of the client for customized treatment.

I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, and have extensive experience with treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief & loss, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

What you can expect from our first session

At our practice, people of all ages find a comfortable, emotionally, secure, and welcoming environment where they can be truly understood and supported.
