Great to meet you!

I identify as queer, nonbinary, and an AuDHDer (autistic and ADHD). I specialize in neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), marginalized identities, diversity and advocacy, and queer and genderqueer identities. I received my dual master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Social Psychology from Ball State University in 2021 and obtained my license as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina (License #16565) in 2024. I have 4 years of counseling experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with various populations, including neurodivergent children, adults, and their families. In session, I focus on accepting and illuminating neurodivergent strengths, and helping neuroqueer folx find sensory coping skills and adaptations that work for them. I also utilize techniques from Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from our first session

I am passionate about walking alongside neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ adults working through understanding their identity and relationships. I believe it is not only powerful and healing but also essential to have a therapeutic relationship with someone who understands the experience of feeling marginalized and “different” navigating the world.
