Great to meet you!

I work best with individuals who carry a lot of responsibility — professionals, parents, caregivers, and high-achieving adults who are used to being “the strong one” but feel overwhelmed, burned out, or mentally exhausted.

My background includes advanced training as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and experience in high-acuity medical settings, which allows me to approach mental health with both clinical precision and compassion. I understand the interaction between physical health, stress, sleep, hormonal shifts, and emotional well-being.

I treat anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, mood instability, and stress-related disorders using evidence-based medication management combined with supportive, solution-focused care. My approach is calm, thorough, and collaborative. I believe patients deserve to understand their treatment plan and feel empowered — not rushed or dismissed.

If you’re balancing career, family, faith, or leadership responsibilities and need structured, thoughtful psychiatric support, I provide a steady, non-judgmental space to help you regain clarity and stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured, and evidence-based. I believe psychiatric care should feel steady and intentional — not rushed or reactive.

During our work together, we will take time to understand the full picture of what you’re experiencing, including stress patterns, sleep, physical health factors, and environmental demands. I integrate medication management, genetic testing with lifestyle strategies that support long-term stability and resilience.

I am thoughtful and measured with prescribing. When medication is appropriate, we will discuss options thoroughly so you understand the reasoning behind each recommendation. My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but helping you regain clarity, emotional regulation, and sustainable functioning.

Sessions are conversational but focused. You can expect direct communication, thoughtful questions, and space to process without judgment. I work best with patients who value insight, accountability, and steady progress over quick fixes.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we’ll take time to complete a thorough psychiatric evaluation. I’ll ask about your current concerns, mental health history, medical background, medications, and lifestyle factors so I can gain a clear understanding of what’s going on and how best to support you. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with, and the conversation moves at a respectful pace.

By the end of the visit, we’ll review potential diagnoses, discuss treatment options, optional genetic testing and develop an initial wholistic plan together. This may include medication recommendations, supplement recommendations, education about symptoms, and next steps for follow-up care in your journey. My goal is for you to leave feeling informed, heard, and supported, with a clear understanding of what to expect moving forward.
