Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Teasha, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with experience in community mental health supporting children, teens, young adults, and families. I have experience working with individuals who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, or living with trauma.

My approach to therapy

The approach I use is trauma-informed, focusing on calming and supporting the nervous system. I incorporate play, art, movement, and sensory tools, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, to help clients build coping strategies, regulate emotions, and develop flexible thinking. I meet clients where they are, creating a warm and collaborative space for growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, and navigating challenges with greater confidence. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
