Hi! I’m Teddie from Guided Growth Therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and trauma-related disorders. My educational background includes a BA in psychology, a MA in educational psychology, and a MA in clinical mental health counseling.

I use an eclectic approach to counseling, using various treatment styles specifically tailored to each client’s needs. At my core, I am a person-centered therapist, and I believe that every person can heal and grow when they draw upon their own unique positive qualities. I strongly believe everyone has the capacity to draw strength from difficult situations and past trauma, but sometimes people need a little extra help or guidance on their journey and that’s what I’m here for!

You are the expert in your own life, but I’ll be here to help you overcome life’s challenges. No two clients are the same, and that means different people may have different experiences in therapy. I’m here to listen and support you, however that might look.
