Great to meet you!

I am a Master’s-level clinician and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with professional experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. My clinical background includes supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges, with a particular focus on navigating stress, transitions, and personal growth.

I practice as a talk therapist and work collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences, build coping strategies, and develop skills to manage life’s stressors. I commonly support adults experiencing mild anxiety and depression, as well as those facing adjustment concerns related to life changes, relationships, school, work, or identity development.

My approach is supportive, thoughtful, and client-centered, with an emphasis on creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I view therapy as a partnership and tailor my approach to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.

I primarily work as a talk therapist, helping clients develop insight, build coping skills, and navigate life stressors and transitions. My focus includes supporting adults experiencing mild anxiety and depression, as well as those adjusting to changes related to work, relationships, education, or personal identity. I also have experience working with adolescents and young adults and understand the unique challenges that can arise during these developmental stages.

Throughout our work together, I emphasize practical strategies, emotional awareness, and self-reflection to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and capable of managing everyday challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, low-pressure conversation focused on getting to know one another and understanding what brings them to therapy. I aim to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing at their own pace.

We will discuss your current concerns, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll also take time to answer any questions you may have about the therapy process and my approach. Together, we will begin identifying goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with your needs—whether that’s reducing stress, managing anxiety, or navigating a life transition.

By the end of the first session, clients often leave with a clearer sense of direction, an initial understanding of how therapy can be helpful, and reassurance that they have a supportive space to continue exploring and working toward positive change.
