Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m Teddy Renard, a psychotherapist and healthcare executive with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and healthcare professionals through life’s challenges. Since 2013, I have worked across behavioral health and healthcare settings helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, compulsive and addictive behaviors, and periods of significant transition and adjustment.

My approach is humanistic, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible when people feel understood, supported, and empowered. I recognize the strong connection between the mind and body, and when appropriate, I integrate physical wellness and movement into the therapeutic process to support overall emotional and psychological wellbeing.

In addition to my clinical work, I have spent the last eight years in healthcare leadership and executive roles. This experience provides me with a unique understanding of the pressures faced by healthcare workers, first responders, leaders, and helping professionals who are balancing demanding careers with their personal lives.

Whether you are seeking support for healing, growth, stress management, or navigating professional and personal challenges, therapy can provide a space to gain insight, build resilience, and move toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will want to hear about the challenges you face and what you are seeking to accomplish. I will gather some present day and historical information to help understand you holistically. After that, you will be in the drivers seat and I will be there to support you through your journey.
