Great to meet you!

If you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, or difficult emotions, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. I am a warm and compassionate clinician with more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals as they work through emotional challenges and move toward greater stability and well-being.

I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we will identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and develop practical strategies to help you manage what you are experiencing. My goal is to help you feel empowered and equipped to create meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I take time to understand your unique experiences and how they may be affecting your emotions, relationships, and daily functioning. From there, I tailor our work to your needs, helping you build emotional regulation skills, strengthen resilience, and develop coping strategies that fit your life.

I bring a warm, grounding presence to each session and aim to create an environment where you can explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels comfortable. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated support and can incorporate Christian faith and spiritual encouragement into therapy in a thoughtful, respectful way.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical tools for managing anxiety and difficult emotions, and a clearer understanding of the patterns that may be affecting your well-being. Over time, our work can help you build confidence, strengthen your ability to cope, and feel more grounded as you navigate life’s challenges.

Most importantly, I want you to feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapy process. We will work together to help you move forward with greater clarity, emotional stability, and confidence.
