Great to meet you!

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, trauma, or feeling stuck, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences without judgment.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe healing happens when you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll work at your pace to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to have everything figured out.

I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and strengths. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing how therapy can support you. Most importantly, this first visit is about creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.
