Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing telehealth therapy to adults (18+) throughout Illinois and Indiana. I work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, work-related trauma, relationship challenges, and the emotional impact of living with a chronic illness.

Many of the clients I work with are going through significant life transitions or adjusting to a “new normal.” You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. In our work together, we focus on understanding what’s weighing on you while building healthy, realistic coping strategies that fit your life and values.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. While I have experience working with people across the lifespan, including children and older adults, my current focus is on working with adults. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, direct, and supportive. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected, without judgment. Clients often share that they feel comfortable opening up with me and appreciate having a therapist who listens closely while offering thoughtful feedback and practical insight.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. We’ll talk about your current concerns, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any important background that helps me better understand your experience.

I’ll also explain how therapy with me works, review confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have. There is no pressure to share everything right away—this session is about creating a comfortable, supportive foundation and making sure you feel heard and respected.

By the end of the session, we’ll discuss next steps and begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful to you.
