Great to meet you!

I have been seeing patients for over 20 years and my experience has shown me time and again the wonderful changes that individuals can attain when they become more aware of the hidden meanings behind seemingly incomprehensible and self-destructive behaviors.

My approach to therapy

When one takes the time to try to understand self-destructive behaviors instead of simply judging them negatively, it is often the case that maladaptive behavior patterns are discovered to be attempts persisting from the past at finding the best solution to a difficult situation. Through therapy, one can Identify the root cause of the behavior and substitute it with behaviors that work now in the present to help you achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Behind the most perplexing behaviors is a core of healthy intent. I am optimistic about every individual's ability to get in touch with and express their potential for living a fuller more satisfying life and that is my goal with ever client.
