Great to meet you!

I believe that each and every person is able to become their own healer. It starts with someone to support you in the process of rediscovering yourself; someone to highlight your strengths and to hold space for the things that have happened in life that may feel like they have prevented you from seeing your light.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, bringing 8 years of experience as a mental health provider. I provide intuitive healing as well as scientifically backed methods of healing. Utilizing an intuitive approach means we explore unconscious beliefs and patterns and bring them into your conscious awareness. I believe in the balance of both our innate internal wisdom and evidence-based science. This involves somatic practices and movement while embracing our connection to nature and the elements, supporting balancing of our mind and bodies through mindfulness practices, inner child work, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

My approach to therapy

I believe that relational connection is the most important resource in the therapeutic space. I utilize relational connection through compassionate guidance, honest support, and gentle direction. My compassionate, honest, and gentle approach enables me to deliver feedback to you in ways that allow your body and mind to feel safe receiving it. I believe that long-lasting health and wellness begins where you feel secure and supported.

Since relational connection is so important, you also deserve to know about your therapist and their lived experience. I show up authentically as a queer woman, am a trauma survivor, come from a lineage of healers, and I continue to walk on my own healing journey. I share this with you not to set me apart from you, but rather to welcome you into this space. Maybe we have walked a similar path. I am hopeful to help guide you through this season of your life.

What you can expect from me

I want you, the person reading this, to feel like you are leaving a session with new information about yourself and not just experience “coffee talk”. Which, hey, we can do that too - balance is important in a world that feels heavy. Therapy can also be a space for joy and laughter. Ultimately, I want our therapeutic relationship to empower you and cultivate a deeper connection within yourself.

I always encourage you to book a consultation with the therapist you may be interested in.

Book a consultation with me if you feel called to connect and work with me
