My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Person-Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
The first session isn't about having all the answers or telling your entire life story. It's simply a chance for us to meet, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and see if we're a good fit. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself-whether that means sharing openly, taking things slowly, asking questions, or just figuring out where to start. Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and creating a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable.
