Great to meet you!

I work with clients who are ready to try something different — or who've tried talk therapy before and felt like something was still stuck.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, eating concerns, and emotional regulation. I'm trained in EMDR, which is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD — it helps process difficult memories in a way that doesn't require you to re-live every detail out loud. For clients who connect better through creativity than conversation, I also offer art therapy as part of our work together.

I work with adolescents and adults across Western Massachusetts via telehealth, with some of the most flexible scheduling in the area — mornings, evenings, and weekends available.

My approach to therapy

My toolkit is broad because no two people process the same way. EMDR is my primary approach for trauma and PTSD — it works at the level of how the brain stores difficult experiences, not just how we talk about them. For clients working through anxiety, OCD, or patterns of avoidance, I draw on CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build flexibility and practical skills. For deeper emotional patterns, Psychodynamic work helps us understand where those patterns came from.

Art therapy is available for clients who find that making or expressing something — rather than just describing it — helps them access what words can't reach. It's not about artistic skill. It's about another language for what's hard to say.

Everything is tailored. We'll figure out what fits together.

What you can expect from me

The first session isn't about having all the answers or telling your entire life story. It's simply a chance to meet, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and see if we're a good fit.

I want you to feel comfortable being yourself — whether that means sharing openly, taking things slowly, asking questions, or just figuring out where to start. We'll begin identifying your goals and building a path forward that feels manageable from day one.
