Great to meet you!

Life gets heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone. Whether you’re managing stress, supporting a struggling child, or feeling stuck in relationship patterns, I’m here to help.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia with an MSW from Clark Atlanta University and more than six years of experience supporting children and families in metro Atlanta schools. I look at the whole picture: your family, your environment, and your story.

Expect warmth, honesty, and real conversation. My goal is to help you or your child get “unstuck” wherever you’re feeling stuck. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and build practical tools to help you move forward.

If faith matters to you, we can include it in our work. Come as you are. We’ll start there.

My approach to therapy

I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty into therapy. We’ll talk through what feels difficult, explore what keeps you feeling stuck, and find ways to move forward that make sense for your life.

I help clients build coping skills, understand their emotions, and strengthen communication. With children and teens, I make room for creativity and activities that help them open up. We’ll work together to set goals, notice progress, and adjust when something isn’t working.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what feels challenging, and what you’d like to see change. You don’t need to have the right words or share everything at once.

My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard and comfortable asking questions. Together, we’ll identify a few goals and discuss how we can work toward them. If you’re bringing your child, we’ll make room for both your concerns and their perspective.
