Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome! My name is Tekeyia Bell and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. I’m a therapist who is deeply committed to creating spaces where people feel safe, understood, and never pathologized for who they are. Above all, I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel respected, empowered, and genuinely seen.

My approach to therapy

I value collaboration, direct communication, and practical tools. My approach integrates evidence-based practices like CBT while remaining flexible, and responsive to each individual’s needs. I prioritize autonomy, collaboration, and pacing, while also helping clients identify and build on their strengths.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, explore your concerns, and talk about your experiences, strengths, and what you hope to gain from counseling. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

Together, we’ll develop goals that are meaningful to you. These may include improving emotional well-being, developing healthy coping skills, building self-confidence, strengthening relationships, processing difficult experiences, or managing stress, anxiety, or depression.
