My approach to therapy is integrative and includes using a variety of tools to address your individual needs and goals. I work with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, grief and loss, women's issues, parenting and more. Tools that I utilize include CBT, EMDR, Prepare Enrich (couples), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, attachment theory and mindfulness based strategies.
