Great to meet you!

Hi! Welcome to my page! I have a passion for helping men and women who are struggling to find their place in the world.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize evidence based techniques and am a firm believer that laughter and pain can hold space together. I provide a direct approach and weave in themes of storytelling and modern references to connect with clients. I provide suggestions and tools to assist as well that tailor to the client.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether it consists of setting healthy boundaries, improving self worth, strengthening interpersonal relationships or even being able to process traumatic experiences; the ultimate goal is for you to enjoy the wholeness of who you are, not what you're going through.
