Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and specialized training in family systems. My clinical background includes outpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) settings, where I have worked with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and practical. I use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and family systems. I work with adults and couples to better understand patterns, build practical coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful changes that fit their lives.

Above all, I strive to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported while building on the strengths you already have.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our work to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.

I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, family systems, and trauma-informed care. Depending on what brings you to therapy, our work may involve exploring patterns, processing difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, developing coping and emotional regulation skills, or identifying practical steps toward change. My goal is to help you build on the strengths you already have while developing the insight and tools needed to create meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to get to know you, understand what brought you to therapy, and learn what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant experiences, strengths, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas you’d like to work on and develop a plan that fits your needs. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself, asking questions, and taking an active role in your therapy.
