Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes therapy should be a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationships, and challenges with self-esteem or identity. Drawing from my professional training and experience, I tailor therapy to each client’s needs while recognizing that your lived experiences and personal strengths are an important part of the work. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build practical skills, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based techniques to help clients understand patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical tools for everyday life. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, so we will work together to identify your goals and determine what approaches are most helpful for you. I strive to create an environment that is nonjudgmental, honest, and encouraging.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your experiences, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll answer any questions you have about the process and work with you to begin identifying meaningful goals. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, respected, and supported as we begin building a therapeutic relationship.
