A bit about my approach to therapy

We will work collaboratively with Cognitive Behavioral techniques. I educate; we process; then you practice.

Our goal will help you become your own counselor and learn how to cope with daily life.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will develop self-awareness techniques; challenge blind spots; create a more completed sense of identity; and be able to navigate their lives with more confidence, and boundaries with themselves, and others.
