Great to meet you!

Coming up with boundaries and goals are essential to having a balanced life. But sometimes this can be hard to achieve if you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, child(ren) behaviors, and relationships. Having someone to talk to without being judged or frowned upon can be hard to find and trust. Look no further, I am here to be a support system for all by meeting each individual where they are at. I am passionate about making individuals lives better, by not placing judgement but be supportive and allow all individuals to have a voice. Rather it be a child, individual, parent, or spouse.

My mission is to change the stigma surrounding mental health through education, support, and awareness by meeting individuals, families and child(ren) where they are at. I live by the following: "My people are destroyed due to a lack of knowledge" Hosea4:6. "Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up". Proverbs 12:25

My approach to therapy

My specialty: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered & Solution Focused / Brief Therapy & incorporating Barkley Evidence Base techniques for children, adolescents, dealing with: ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), Anxiety, Depression, Bullying. Helping adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, and relationships.
