Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or carrying stress that just won’t seem to let up, you’re not alone. You might look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, but inside it feels heavy, exhausting, or unclear how to move forward. Therapy can be a place where you finally feel heard — without judgment.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come in unsure of why they feel the way they do, or frustrated that things haven’t changed despite their efforts. Together, we’ll begin to make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in real, practical change. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest — and supported enough to grow.

I integrate evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-informed strategies, and trauma-focused work to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. But more importantly, I tailor our work to you — your experiences, your goals, and what actually helps you move forward.

This isn’t just a space to talk — it’s a space to gain clarity, build tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and share what’s been weighing on you — at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say.

I’ll meet you with curiosity, empathy, and no judgment as we explore what’s been going on and what you’d like to feel different. Together, we’ll begin identifying patterns, clarifying your goals, and outlining a path forward so you can start to feel relief and direction early on.

My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about what’s possible.
