Great to meet you!

Do you feel like you deserve more from life but aren’t sure how to get there? You’ve carried pain for so long that peace feels unfamiliar. My goal is to help you find that peace again. I work with adults who are ready to move beyond the past, release self-doubt, and create a life grounded in purpose and confidence.

My approach is collaborative and transformational. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thoughts, challenge limiting beliefs, and build practical tools to support healing and self-trust. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself and begin to thrive—one session at a time.

I offer virtual therapy for clients in Texas and Massachusetts through a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive lens.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, meaning our work will move at your pace, with deep empathy and respect for your story. I am also trained in EMDR, a trauma-focused therapy that supports healing from painful experiences, and I integrate yoga, meditation, and breathwork to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance to both mind and body

What you can expect from me

Expect homework, reflection, tears, and yes—some laughter. Mostly homework. Healing is work, but it’s also discovery. Together, we’ll explore what “living life” truly looks like for you—not just surviving, but thriving with intention and purpose.
