I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified School Counselor,,and Anxiety & Stress Management Specialist with over 23 years of experience. I love bringing joy to others, encouraging them, and equipping them with the skills and tools they need to live their most fulfilling lives.

I offer in person and virtual counseling, with focus on how our thoughts shape our actions and experiences.
