Great to meet you!

Therapy offers you a space where you can slow down, where your emotions are heard, and where you don’t have to carry everything alone. Trans, queer, and neurodivergent folks are too often policed and tasked with masking or code-switching, leaving us exhausted and disconnected from ourselves and the world around us. Here, you can reconnect with yourself without judgment or the pressure to be anyone other than who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, non-pathologizing, and relational. Rather than seeing your emotions or coping strategies as problems to fix, I’m interested in understanding what they have helped you survive, protect, or communicate.

Together, we’ll pay attention to the patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape how you move through the world. Therapy with me is collaborative and curious, with space to slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and build greater insight and connection with yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and understand what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling especially heavy lately, what you’d like support with, and what has or hasn’t felt helpful in the past for you.

You don’t need to come in with everything figured out or even know exactly what you want from therapy. Our first session is a collaborative space where you can begin putting words to what you’re carrying, and we can start identifying what might feel most important to focus on together.
