As a Hispanic provider, I use my psychiatric training to serve patients effectively. I earned my Associate degree from Santa Ana College, a Bachelor's from the University of Kentucky, and a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Norwich University. My training in various psychiatric disorders allows me to offer holistic, patient-centered care. With hundreds of hours of experience and a "can do" attitude, I focus on building trust and understanding for the best health outcomes.

My approach focuses on getting to know the clients personally. While I can review their charts and understand the numbers, my primary goal is to comprehend their experiences and how they perceive their journey. I believe it is not my role to judge but to listen. This approach fosters open communication between provider and client, allowing us to build authentic relationships grounded in trust and empathy.

I hope the client can walk away thinking the provider did all they could for them truly. I want the client to feel at ease knowing they have a good ally in their team. A provider they can confidently recommend to others. For sure, they will walk away knowing there is a plan A in place and a plan B and C. It is a team effort so I am ready to work for it.
