Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working in systems supporting families. As a parent who has raised two neurodivergent children, I have also navigated these complex systems firsthand. I understand the deep emotional toll of coordinating care, managing IEPs or 504 plans, and facing caregiver burnout. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice, helping moms of neurodivergent children and teens (including Autism, ADHD, AuDHD, PDA, and sensory processing differences) build real, lasting resilience.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with moms who feel overwhelmed or lost in the intense demands of caregiving. Parenting a neurodivergent child is a journey of deep love and constant learning. It stretches us in unexpected ways. We love our kids fiercely, celebrate their unique brains, and work hard to connect them with the right resources. It's normal to feel overwhelmed while doing your absolute best through complex, high-stress situations. I offer a judgment-free space to explore these complex emotions. Together, we will regulate chronic stress and build practical coping strategies. My work is collaborative, flexible, and builds directly on your existing strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll take time to get to know one another, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy, but also who you are as a person, your interests, and your unique experiences. This is your space to share what feels comfortable and to ask any questions you might have about my approach or the therapy process in general. We’ll talk about your thoughts and expectations for therapy, and together, we'll come up with a few initial goals to help guide our work moving forward. The pace is always up to you, and every plan we build will be centered on your needs.

My practice is deeply grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based framework. I view your child's unique brain as a difference to be supported. Whether you are a parent of a recently identified autistic or neurodivergent child, managing systemic stress, experiencing parental burnout, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we can work together to restore your balance. To make care accessible for busy families, I offer convenient telehealth sessions. You deserve support, care, and a perspective that centers you. You are doing an incredible job balancing a complex world for your family, but you cannot pour from an empty cup. Your mental health matters just as much as the resources you coordinate for your children. You matter too, not just as a caregiver, but as a person. Ready to get started?
