I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you and provide guidance and assistance to help you heal yourself and take your power back.
Sometimes regular talk therapy isn't enough to work through trauma. This is why I give my clients the option to utilize EMDR in sessions; the healing happens within you and by you.
My goal for our work together is that you leave each session feeling heard, understood, cared for and with a little more hope.
