Nevertheless, I have an excellent sense of humor. Skilled in the use & practice of therapy techniques & remain up-to-date & knowledgeable about new research & expanded info—on human behavior. My goal is to assist the client in becoming the best they can be.

I am eclectic, meaning I use all theories based on the client's needs: CBT, REBT, Psychotherapy, Gestalt, Solution-focused, EMDR, Logos family, adolescents, and children (play therapy). Supportive services

Therapists' clinical strategies are based on simple truths: no one can know the client better than the client. All the answers the client seeks are within the client; the problem is if the client lacks self-insight and self-awareness of these truths. Interventions are based on self-empowerment. The client is the most potent force in their lives. The therapist can never honestly take any credit for the client changing their life.
