Great to meet you!

My counseling career started at my church after obtaining a Master's Degree in Arts, focusing on Christian Counseling-Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counseling, followed by a Ph.D. in Divinity. I furthered my education with a Master's Degree in Science, specializing in Counseling and Psychology-Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Currently, I am an independent psychotherapist at Channeled Paths where I take pleasure in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds to feel valued, heard, and joyful.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic in every aspect, from my personality to my counseling methods. I engage with my clients at their current mental and emotional state, offering insights from various counseling techniques to help them shift their behavior positively. Along this journey, I emphasize the importance of laughter and joy.

What you can expect from our first session

I hold the belief that each session belongs to the client, and I connect with them and their pace. Goals are established according to the client's wishes. For assignments, I often provide thought-provoking tasks, as the mind is always available.
