Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based out of San Antonio, TX. I live with my partner, our three boys, and our two dogs Nala Jane and Olivia Benson!

With 10+ years of experience working in mental health, I consider my 'treatment focus' to be expansive. My areas of experience include: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Family of Origin Violence/Trauma, Coparenting after Abuse, Coparenting after Divorce, Women's Issues, Anger Management, Stress, Infidelity/Trust Issues, etc.

My goal is to meet you where you are and provide a collaborative and supportive approach to helping achieve the goals you've set for yourself.

A background in family therapy has equipped me to help individuals process their own family of origin experience and apply a deeper understanding to their behavior and patterns inside relationships as adults.

Prior to working in private practice, I led intimate partner violence men's groups and have extensive experience working with survivors as well as those who have perpetrated violence.

Whether I am working with individuals or couples, my primary goal is to create safety and intentionality within our time together.

My approach is very client-centered, which means that I can offer a listening ear, critical feedback or a challenging perspective, or assist you in setting up emotional processing tools.
