I work to prioritize care that is person centered, evidence-based, and compassion focused. Training and experience in EMDR , CBT and DBT informed therapy, exposure and response prevention, attachment focused care, acceptance and commitment therapy.

I don't lead with how you might fit or not fit into a diagnostic box. I hope you'll show up in a therapy space as your whole self. I understand that life can lead us in directions we didn't see coming, and how much strength it can take to change course and try to find ourselves again
