I'm so happy that you're here!! That means that you're ready to take the next steps in learning more about you and the way you think and behave, which will help you understand and navigate the experiences you are having in your life currently. As your therapist, my role is to help you push past all the noise in your head and quiet it so that you can hear your real voice and help you understand how everything you experienced in your life has an affect on your lifestyle and many of the things that we tend to go through.

My approach is whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident to start your journey. I'm warm, inviting, a little silly, challenging, interested and supportive.
