Great to meet you!

I obtained a MS in Counseling (2009) and an EDS (2015) in Education Leadership with 15+ years of experience. I've been a provider of mental health services on tele-mental health platforms since 2017. I've been in a private practice setting since 2021 and presently see clients via tele-health. Areas of expertise include trauma (CPTSD), somatic psychology, attachment trauma, attachment styles, relationship issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, women's & men's health issues, and Adult ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic approach to therapy from a neurobiology point of view. I use innovative modalities to help clients process and heal past their childhood and adult traumatic experiences. I work with clients to discover the underlying causes of their mental health conditions instead of merely giving them "coping skills" just to survive. My approach to therapy equips clients for life-long resiliency and for fostering connection in relationships.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you can expect to feel safe, supported, heard, understood and respected. You can expect a therapist who genuinely cares about you and who will work diligently to connect with you to build trust in our therapeutic alliance. You can expect me to use progressive, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, strategies and interventions included in your treatment plan. Finally, if YOU invest in your healing journey and do the work, you can expect a total transformation of your life.
