Great to meet you!

I come to this work not only as a therapist, but as someone who deeply understands how life’s transitions can shape us. My own experiences navigating change, growth, and unexpected challenges have taught me the importance of compassion, resilience, and having a safe space to land. These moments in my life fuel my commitment to supporting others through their own shifts—whether it’s feeling anxious and overwhelmed, or stuck due to family expectations, cultural pressures, and the stress of navigating adulthood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and personalized, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. I often integrate mindfulness, evidence-based practices, and a collaborative style that empowers you to be an active partner in your healing process.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and creating a foundation for our work together. We’ll start by talking about what brought you in, the challenges you’re experiencing, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with—this is simply a space for you to begin telling your story at your own pace. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions, share any concerns, and express what you need to feel safe and supported.
