Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in the state of North Carolina. I have a passion for dealing with alleviating the debilitating effects of anxiety, adjustment disorders, and depression. My greatest desire is to see my clients living a more fulfilling life and achieving their goals. I have over 10 years of experience working with both adolescents and adults who struggle with both mental illness and substance use.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is strength-based which focuses on clients’ strengths as opposed to their deficits. Each person has inherent strength that I will help them develop. It is my belief that each person is a unique individual who is the expert concerning their own life.

What you can expect from our first session

I endeavor to establish a warm, therapeutic relationship with you to help develop your strengths and allow you to take control of your life and live your best life.
