Great to meet you!

I decided upon a career change in 2006 from Information Systems to Mental Health Counseling earning my master’s degree from Walden University in 2010. I love any form of art which always makes me feel grateful and alive. The artist within me lends to my appreciation of the many shades of gray in each client.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The therapeutic approaches I rely upon most include, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.

What you can expect from our first session

Day-to-day life can seem overwhelming sometimes. Major transitions may be at the forefront; although, there is often no obvious explanation for the feelings that can completely upset life balance. Often the tools that worked in managing life stressors in the past just no longer seem to be working. I invite you to schedule a session with me and look forward to helping you work through whatever may be a challenge to you, being the very best version of yourself.
