Great to meet you!

My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves without fear of judgment. I balance empathy with gentle structure, helping clients feel understood while also working toward meaningful, practical change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, strengths-based, and collaborative. I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and dialectical-behavioral (DBT) strategies, along with executive functioning and skills-based supports. I focus on helping clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while also building practical tools they can use in daily life. Sessions are tailored to each client’s needs, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, anxiety management, self-awareness, and creating structure during life transitions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is meant to feel welcoming and manageable. My focus is on helping clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll explore what’s been going on in their life, what they’re hoping to change or improve, and I’ll get a sense of what supports might be most helpful. There’s no pressure to share everything right away — we move at a pace that feels right for the client.
