A bit about my approach to therapy

Individuals choose to participate in psychotherapy for many reasons, but all want their level of distress to decrease and their functioning to improve. Through the use of evidence-based treatment, I work with clients to develop strategies to inspire significant change and lasting outcomes.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to develop more effective coping skills, to improve their ability to manage life's stressors, and to have the tools needed to make positive changes in their lives.
