Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Terri, a seasoned therapist who deeply values the connections that I forge with my clients as I help them to feel better, to heal from their pasts, and to create better lives. I am trained in EMDR, DBT and brainspotting, and specialize in trauma healing. Drawing inspiration from my own rich experiences, I find joy in helping others navigate the complexities of life.

My approach to therapy

offer individual and family therapy, drawing upon my wealth of experience and personal connection to the intricate dynamics of family life. My approach is tailored to support individuals in healing from past trauma, fostering meaningful connections, and guiding families toward a more harmonious existence. Trauma in life can change the way we see ourselves and the world. I enjoy helping bring peace and serenity back to those who want it.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I employ a warm, intuitive approach, specializing in trauma healing that recognize the interconnectedness of mind and body. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my work, laying the groundwork for growth and transformation. When my husband died of pancreatic cancer, I discovered EMDR to help myself and others process loss and trauma. My expertise includes EMDR, DBT, brainspotting, and inner child work, allowing me to tailor my methods to the unique needs of each individual and family.
