Great to meet you!

Life is constantly changing, and sometimes it can be stressful and overwhelming. I value each person's strengths and uniqueness and offer a safe and non-judgmental space to facilitate personal growth and improved emotional well-being. Fostering a professional and secure therapeutic relationship is essential to therapeutic growth and facilitates healing. My role is to guide and support you on your journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw from a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness and Solution-focused. These methods are individualized since one approach does not fit all.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in meeting clients where there are in their stage of life and empowering them to discover insights and reach their goals. You can expect to feel heard and validated.
