I am a passionate therapist in Maternal Mental Health and a mother.

I have a strong foundation in Perinatal Mental Health, including specialized education in perinatal loss and the postpartum period- advocating and promoting awareness in the community and with professionals.

I appreciate and enjoy helping women in every stage of the motherhood journey. This is my passion, my calling, and my heart.

I enjoy offering services in a holistic and gentle approach to therapy, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and client-centered techniques. My focus is on creating a compassionate space where clients feel supported in exploring their emotions, relationships, and challenges during the perinatal period. This blend of approaches allows for tailored sessions to meet individual needs, promoting self-awareness, emotional balance, and personal growth.

My clients can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space to process emotions, challenges of pregnancy and postpartum, as well as life transitions. Patients leave with practical coping tools for stress, anxiety, or depression, along with enhanced self-compassion and confidence. Gaining insights into mental health, parenting, and advocacy skills to navigate medical and social systems. My sessions provide validation, support, and clarity, to empower patients to embrace their journey with connection.
