Great to meet you!

I have worked in the mental health field since 2012, I have had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults through a wide range of challenges. My experience includes inpatient crisis services, outpatient mental health, and substance use treatment allowing me to work with clients in diverse settings and different stages of their healing. I have experience helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, grief and substance use.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative and centered at meeting each client where they are. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is when client recognizes there strengths and take important steps towards positive changes. I believe that meaningful growth happens in a safe, supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive and judgement free environment where we can begin to get to know one another. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns and goals you hope to achieve the first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you're looking for in a therapist, and determine if we are a good fit. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard and supported.
