Great to meet you!

I believe prioritizing mental health is an important part of creating a balanced and fulfilling life, and I know reaching out for support is often one of the hardest steps to take. Since beginning my practice in 2021, I have worked primarily with adults navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as we work together toward healing, self understanding, and meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, open minded, nonjudgmental, and honest. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and sharing openly without fear of judgment. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and supportive, and I work closely with clients to better understand their experiences, identify meaningful goals, and build practical tools that support lasting change. Together, we focus on creating a space where healing, self understanding, and personal growth can happen at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. You’ll have space to share your story, talk about what brought you to therapy, and discuss what you hope to achieve moving forward. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you feel safe, comfortable, and supported in being open and vulnerable. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a path toward the changes and growth you want to see in your life.
