Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and board approved supervisor in the state of Texas by way of Seattle Washington as well as the CEO and Founder of SoulFully Urs, LLC a spiritually based health and wellness practice designed to empower individuals to reach their full potential while fostering a life that is full and prosperous. True fulfillment stems from being aligned with your true authentic self, I help individuals do just that!

I graduated from the University of Washington School of Social Work Advanced Standing Program with my Masters degree in 2011; with a concentration in children, youth and families. I initially began this journey working with youth involved in the child welfare system as well as at-potential youth within diverse communities before transitioning to work within the mental health field. I have over 15 years of experience fighting social injustice, over 10 years working specifically with the mental health population and over five years of experience working with special populations. Experienced with several disorders, most commonly, depression, bipolar 1 and 2, BPD, traumatic stress, attachment disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, psychotic disorders, ADHD in children and adults, childhood trauma, anger management, self-care, substance abuse and use disorder, schizoaffective disorders and grief counseling. I have counseled families, adolescents, young adults, couples, adults as well as geriatrics.

My sessions allow individuals to connect deeply with their inner selves, uncovering underlying beliefs and emotions that shape their experiences. By addressing both psychological and spiritual aspects, clients can find profound insights, transformative healing, clarity, and personal growth, aimed at empowering them to embrace their unique journey with compassion and understanding.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the profound wisdom of metaphysical principles, creating a spiritually grounded space for healing and growth. Focusing on the present moment, I empower clients to uncover and embrace their "superpowers" – their inherent strengths and unique abilities. Through a strengths-based, goal-oriented lens, we'll work together to cultivate a deeper connection to their authentic selves, fostering genuine self-expression and a fulfilling life aligned with their true purpose. This journey is about moving beyond limitations and stepping into the full potential of who they are, right here and now.

By integrating the power of spiritual exploration with the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT) formulates a unique blend that allows clients to tap into their inner wisdom and inherent strengths, fostering a journey of self-discovery and authentic living. We'll focus on the present moment, utilizing metaphysical principles to understand limiting beliefs and cultivate a more empowering perspective. This isn't about fixing what's "broken," but rather about uncovering and celebrating your "superpowers"—those unique talents, qualities, and perspectives that make you truly exceptional. With a strengths-based, goal-oriented framework, we'll collaboratively create a path toward achieving your desired outcomes, empowering you to become your most genuine and authentic self. Through various techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, and reflective practices, clients are encouraged to explore their beliefs, values, and life experiences. The process emphasizes self-compassion and mindful awareness, guiding you to embrace your full potential and live a life filled with purpose and joy.

We are all spiritual beings having a human experience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to receive tools and techniques needed to increase self-love, balance energy (thoughts, feelings, behaviors, beliefs, etc) and manifest your desired reality.

The essence of spiritually based psychotherapy lies in its holistic perspective, which recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. This exploration facilitates a transformative journey, helping individuals to identify and release limiting beliefs that may have hindered their personal growth. As they align with their true selves, they become empowered to embrace their unique potential.

Ultimately, the goal of this therapeutic approach is to support individuals in realizing their fullest potential. By fostering a nurturing and supportive environment, clients can embark on a journey of self-discovery that leads to greater fulfillment and joy. As they learn to trust their intuition and embrace their authentic selves, they unlock the doors to a more meaningful and purpose-driven life. This alignment not only enhances their personal well-being but also positively impacts their relationships and contributions to the world around them.

You will take away that "True connection begins with YOU"! I help individuals place the ‘You’ in Universe.
