Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As your therapist and a devoted student of life, I can offer a calm presence, listening, empathy, acceptance, and sensitivity coupled with gentle guidance that draws on nearly six decades of my own life lessons and experiences. Working together, you can count on a safe space to pause, reflect, and engage your natural strengths, innate wisdom, and deep-rooted resilience in the pursuit of positive change, inner peace, and passionate living.

My approach to therapy

A bit about my approach to Therapy:

Using an existential approach to therapy that draws from cognitive and mindfulness practices along with insights from the Enneagram, we will explore empowering ways for you to navigate your daily demands, overcome difficulties, and attend to your feelings as well as discover your true nature, ponder new perspectives and paths, clarify values, and do what matters.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first Session:

We’ll build rapport and talk about what brought you in your concerns and what you hope to get out of counseling. I’ll bring a balance of comfort, curiosity, candor, compassion, and challenge as we uncover your values, strengths, and interests as well as explore core themes that can support your healing and growth. We'll also begin to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, patterns of behavior, and life experiences and identify potential next steps.
