Great to meet you!

Over the years I’ve learned that every client is a unique individual who has special gifts waiting to be unwrapped. Sometimes the world gets in the way of those gifts. Sometimes other people do not hold our best interests at heart. In counseling, I help you to remove those limiting beliefs so that your true self can emerge. I look forward to meeting you.

My approach to therapy

As a counselor, I want to provide you with the insight to understand what is going on in your cognitive life so that you can begin to get out of the rut that is keeping you back from being fulfilled and pursuing life to its fullest. Recent discoveries made in the fields of neuroscience and cognitive behavior can be translated into very practical steps that will help you realize your potential because doing so will give you fulfilment in your life regardless of where you find yourself now.

What you can expect from me

There is a lot of unnecessary pain that people experience throughout a lifetime. Much of that pain could be avoided or resolved if people knew more about their emotions, their physiological response, and their relations with others. Solutions can be reached by exploring these topics in an non-judgmental fashion wrapped in a safe environment with evidence-based approaches and techniques.
