Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of Columbia University, specializing in maternal and child mental health. My path into this work began early, shaped by my family’s experience navigating my sister’s chronic illness. Witnessing the profound impact of a compassionate hospital social worker during that time inspired my commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s most vulnerable moments.

From a young age, I felt a strong calling to help others process difficult experiences and build resilience. Today, I bring that passion into my clinical work, where I support mothers, children, and families facing emotional, medical, and developmental challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care, with a focus on fostering connection, healing, and long-term well-being.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I provide consistent, supportive care as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Through teletherapy, I create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I take a strengths-based approach, helping individuals recognize and build upon their existing resilience while also identifying areas for growth and meaningful change. Together, we work toward greater insight, balance, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more empowered, having gained a deeper understanding of their strengths and how to apply them in their daily lives. In our teletherapy work together, I offer practical, personalized interventions that are both realistic and manageable, helping clients translate insight into meaningful, lasting change between sessions.
