Great to meet you!

I bring over 20 years of experience providing therapy to clients across the lifespan in outpatient, intensive outpatient, inpatient psychiatric and medical settings. My background includes work as a medical social worker, which allows me to understand the connection between emotional health and physical well-being!

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT-informed approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support concerns such as anxiety, panic, trauma, and PTSD. Your goals guide our work together. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, respectful and steady. Reaching out for help takes courage, and I honor that step. Whatever you are facing, I am committed to providing a thoughtful and supportive space for growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is helping you feel safe, heard, and understood. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most urgent, and what you hope might change. I ask thoughtful questions, but there is not pressure to share more than you're ready to. Together, we begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas that feel stuck. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured when needed, and always grounded in compassion.
